Initial Fee
Our Emergency Consultation Fee is $138.00 plus HST. This is a combination of an emergency after-hours fee of $79.90 and an examination/consultation fee with the veterinarian of $58.10.
Additional Fees
In the event that, upon the completion of your pet’s examination and consultation, your pet requires diagnostics, treatment and/or hospitalization, you will be given a computer generated treatment plan 
(estimate) and consent form. If this is not offered, please ask for one.
Deposits
We require a 75% deposit based on the low end of the written treatment plan at the time of your pet’s admission for treatment, diagnostics and/or hospitalization. The balance is due in full at the time of discharge from the emergency clinic.
Methods of Payment
We cannot and do not extend credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit and cash transactions only. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
If there is a financial concern regarding the treatment for your pet, please notify us in advance. We do offer Medicard, a third-party financing company, and the application is quick and easy with same-day authorization in most cases. Ask any of our team members about this option.
