If you live in Barrie or the surrounding area, then you have picked the perfect site to find urgent care for your pet. Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic is Barrie's first licensed emergency clinic, treating all types of pets and animals. Your pet's health and well being is very important to us and we will take every step to give your pet the best possible care.
Unlike a regular clinic offering 24 hour service,
Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic is set up specifically for
emergency medicine and surgery. There is at
least one licensed Veterinarian and Registered
Veterinary Technician on the premises during
our business hours, experienced in dealing with
critical care cases, so you can rest assured that
your pet is in good hands and will not be left
unsupervised overnight - or in the care of kennel staff.
We are equipped specifically for treating and monitoring critical
cases, and are able to provide services often
not available at a regular veterinary practice,
like blood transfusions, oxygen therapy, emergency ultrasound
and after-hours surgery.
We have a number of resources for you to learn about how to best care for your pets. Browse around and look at our articles and pet videos.
If you want to ask a question call 705-722-0377 or email us and we'll promptly get back to you.
Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic is very easy to get to, and you can find directions on our Contact Us page.
At Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic, we treat your pets like the valued family members they are.
